This Cookie Policy explains how Cuckoo Technologies Inc., trading as GenLedge ("we", "us", or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on www.genledge.ai. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Please read this first: nothing optional loads before you choose.When you first arrive you are asked whether to allow analytics and marketing cookies. Until you accept them, the technologies listed below are not loaded at all — Google Analytics receives no cookies, and the Meta pixel and our own tracker are not requested. Only the cookies needed to run the site are set. You can change your mind at any time, and the browser controls and vendor opt-outs in the "How to opt out today" section below work regardless of what you chose here.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when a website loads in your browser. Similar technologies — pixels, tracking scripts, and browser storage such as localStorage— do comparable jobs, and where this policy says "cookies" it covers those too. They let a site remember your preferences, recognise a repeat visit, and measure how content is used.

Below is every vendor that sets cookies or runs tracking code on this site, what it is for, and an indicative duration. Durations are set by the vendors and can change without notice, so treat them as indicative rather than guaranteed.

What is not here: we do not run Google Tag Manager, and we do not currently run Google Ads remarketing or any other advertising remarketing tag beyond the Meta Pixel described above. We do not sell personal information collected through these cookies.
How to opt out today
Until the consent banner is live, these are the controls that actually work:
- Browser settings: every major browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Brave) lets you block or delete cookies, block third-party cookies, or clear site data for www.genledge.ai. Look under Privacy or Site Settings in your browser preferences. Blocking cookies for this domain stops the analytics and advertising cookies above from being read.
- Google Analytics opt-out:install Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, which stops Google Analytics collecting data about you on any site.
- Meta / Facebook ad settings: manage how Meta uses off-Meta activity in your Meta Accounts Center ad preferences. Blocking third-party cookies, or using a tracker-blocking extension, also prevents the pixel from loading.
- Industry opt-out tools: the Digital Advertising Alliance, Network Advertising Initiative and AdChoices Canada offer cross-vendor opt-outs. In the EEA and UK, see youronlinechoices.eu.
- Blocking extensions and browser protections: content blockers, and built-in features such as Safari's Intelligent Tracking Prevention or Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection, block most of the scripts listed above.
- Just ask us: email hello@genledge.ai and we will delete the analytics and enquiry data we hold about you.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site — particularly form submission and booking — from working. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies does not affect your use of the site at all.
Where cookie data goes
The vendors above are US-based, and data collected through these cookies is processed in the United States. The transfer details, legal bases and your rights — including under the GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25 — are set out in our Privacy Policy. We retain Google Analytics data for 14 months, which is the maximum Google permits. Meta retains pixel data under its own policy, which we do not control. Retention for our first-party tracker at track.genledge.ai matches our analytics period of 14 months.
Updates to this policy
We will update this page when we add, remove or change a tracking technology, and when the consent banner goes live. Changes are published here with a revised "Last Updated" date.
