Field Service · Mobile App

Run the whole service call from your phone

Field techs pick parts onto the truck, log what they used on site, return unused stock, capture warranty units, and collect a customer signature, all by scanning, all from one phone. Every action is written to an on-device queue and replays when the connection comes back, so a dead spot at the customer site never blocks the job. The steps that appear match the order's workflow, so techs only see the actions their job actually needs.

5 screens

Pick, consume, return, warranty, sign

Offline

Scans queue locally, sync when back online

Idempotent

Retried scans never post the same move twice

Load the truck by scanning

Scan parts out of the warehouse onto the tech's vehicle. Each scan matches against the pick list and posts a vehicle-pick movement per line.

  • Scan resolves to the item; quantity auto-suggested
  • Off-list scans prompt to add as ad-hoc
  • Final scan posts a vehicle-pick movement per line
  • Serial-tracked lines require a scanned serial

Mobile job shell with progress bar and a workflow-driven action barScreenshot coming soon

One screen that adapts to the job

The action bar only shows the steps the order actually reaches (pick, consume, return, warranty, sign) based on the job's workflow and which modules the tenant has turned on. Techs never scroll past actions that don't apply. Steps are hidden rather than greyed out, so the screen stays focused on the job at hand.

  • Buttons follow the order's workflow state
  • Steps stay hidden unless their module is on
  • Progress bar shows how far the job has gone
Portrait pick screen with a large scan target and high-contrast typeScreenshot coming soon

Built for a phone in the field

The screens are portrait-locked with large touch targets and a numeric keypad for quantities, so techs can work one-handed. A haptic buzz confirms each scan, and high-contrast text stays readable in direct sunlight. Dark mode follows the device.

  • Large touch targets and a numeric keypad
  • Haptic buzz confirms every successful scan
  • High-contrast text for outdoor readability
Service order hub on mobile listing today's assigned jobs

The same job, start to finish

The mobile app plugs into the full field-service flow, so a job assigned in the office, or turned into an order from an inbound email, reaches the tech's phone ready to work. Everything captured in the field flows back into inventory and billing. Vehicle restock, subcontractor jobs, and on-site warranty returns run through the same screens.

  • Orders reach the phone from the office or email
  • Field scans feed inventory and billing
  • Covers vehicle restock and subcontractor jobs

Capture a signature and photos, then complete the order on the spot.

Vehicle restock

Move parts between the warehouse and a tech's truck through the same flow.

FAQ

Questions about Mobile App

Yes. Every scan and submission is written to an on-device queue and shown as pending, so techs keep working in dead spots. When the connection returns (automatically on reconnect or app launch, or when the tech taps sync) the queue replays. Because each entry carries its own key, a replay never posts the same action twice.
